BBQ Fajitas, quick and easy, perfect for sharing dinners and a weekend treat

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 2 Sliced Onions
  • 2 Sliced Peppers
  • 3 Sliced Chicken Breasts
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Granules
  • 2 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • 8 Tortilla Wraps


  • Fry the onions, chicken and peppers in 2 tbsp oil and all the spices and BBQ sauce over a high heat for 10 – 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Heat the tortillas following manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Add the filling to the wraps, wrap up and enjoy!
