Cheesy and filling with a drizzle of garlic and herb, this crispy potato bake is the perfect accompaniment for sausages or roasted meat.

- 500g Peeled Potatoes
- 200g Grated Cheese
- 8 Tbsp Garlic & Herb
- Salt & Pepper
- 100g Breadcrumbs
- Boil the potatoes for 15-20 minutes until they slide off an inserted knife, drain and mash to remove lumps, season with salt and pepper and mix in garlic and herb and half of the cheese.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese and breadcrumbs on top and bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted at 180.
