Crispy baked chicken goujons, great for sharing, with curry sauce to dip.
Prep time: 45 minutes


  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 100g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Granules
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 50g Plain Flour
  • 2 Whisked Eggs
  • Crucials Curry Sauce


  • Slice the chicken breasts into strips.
  • Combine paprika, garlic, salt, pepper and flour in a bowl, add flour to a separate bowl and eggs to another bowl.
  • Individually dip the chicken strips into the flour, the egg and then the breadcrumbs ensuring the chicken is evenly coated in all 3 layers.
  • Drizzle the goujons in a splash of oil before cooking, bake at 180 for 30 minutes turning half way through.
