Classic coleslaw with tangy salad cream, great on top of a burger or on the side of a main dish, ideal for a BBQ.
Prep time: 10 minutes


  • 1/4 Cabbage Head finely sliced
  • 2 Sticks Celery Finely Sliced
  • 1 Onion finely Sliced
  • 2 Peeled Carrots Finely Sliced
  • 50g Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 Tbsp Salad Cream


Mix all the vegetables together in a bowl, add yoghurt and salad cream and mix until combined.
