Classic coleslaw with tangy salad cream, great on top of a burger or on the side of a main dish, ideal for a BBQ.
Prep time: 10 minutes
- 1/4 Cabbage Head finely sliced
- 2 Sticks Celery Finely Sliced
- 1 Onion finely Sliced
- 2 Peeled Carrots Finely Sliced
- 50g Greek Yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp Salad Cream
Mix all the vegetables together in a bowl, add yoghurt and salad cream and mix until combined.
