Sweet and spicy crispy cauliflower bites coated in a honey and chilli sauce, perfect as a snack and dipping into garlic mayo
Prep time: 45 minutes
- 1 Head Cauliflower
- 1 Tsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1/2 Tsp Chilli powder
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- Garlic Mayo
- Preheat the oven to 190 and chop the cauliflower head into bite sized pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl ensuring the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Sear the cauliflower on a stove top to brown the cauliflower, finish in the oven for 10 minutes, giving the cauliflower a shake half way through.
- Serve with garlic mayo to dip
