Sticky, sweet sausages basted in a rich currywurst style sauce.
Prep time: 30 minutes


  • 100ml Ketchup
  • 100ml Curry Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Granules
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Worcester Sauce
  • 50ml Water
  • 8 Sausages


  • Mix ketchup, garlic granules, salt, pepper, Worcester sauce and water together.
  • Marinade the sausages in the mixture for an hour in the fridge.
  • Roast in the oven (with the marinade) at 180 for 25 minutes, basting the sausages with the marinade.
  • Serve with crusty bread for dipping into the sauce.
