Extra spicy prawns in a chilli dressing, perfect to finish off a stir fry, a quick snack or add to a salad.
Prep time: 10 minutes


  • 400g Prawns
  • 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 3 Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Hot
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds


  • Mix together oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic, extra hot, sugar and lime until combined.
  • Marinade the prawns in the mixture for up to an hour.
  • Grill for 3 – 4 minutes on a low heat serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
