Crispy baked fish goujons, perfect in a fish finger sandwich or a weekday treat.

- 4 Cod Fillets
- 2 Whisked Eggs
- 100g Flour
- 200g Breadcrumbs
- Salt & Pepper
- Crucials Sweet Chilli
- Slice the cod into strips, add salt and pepper to the flour.
- dip the strips in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs and place on a roasting dish lined with foil.
- Cook at 180 for 15 – 20 minutes and serve with Crucials sweet chilli
