Crispy baked fish goujons, perfect in a fish finger sandwich or a weekday treat.

Ingredients

  • 4 Cod Fillets
  • 2 Whisked Eggs
  • 100g Flour
  • 200g Breadcrumbs
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Crucials Sweet Chilli

Instructions

  • Slice the cod into strips, add salt and pepper to the flour.
  • dip the strips in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs and place on a roasting dish lined with foil.
  • Cook at 180 for 15 – 20 minutes and serve with Crucials sweet chilli
