White fish in a lemon seasoned crust, baked as a healthier alternative to frying, serve with grilled vegetables or a potato dish.
Prep time: 25 minutes


  • 4 White Fish Fillets
  • Cornflour for Coating
  • 200g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Whisked Eggs
  • Juice & Zest of 1 Lemon
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Parsley
  • 50g Crucials Mayo


  • Mix together mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley and seasoning and marinade the fish in a fridge for 1-2 hours before cooking.
  • Before cooking, dip the fish in cornflour, egg and breadcrumbs to coat, bake in an oven at 180 for 15 -20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
