Minty Lamb chops in a sweet maple balsamic dressing, perfect in a wrap or on top of a salad.
Prep time: 10 minutes


  • 4 Lamb Steaks
  • 4 Tbsp Mint Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Granules
  • Salt & Pepper


  • Combine the mint sauce, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, paprika and garlic in a small bowl and mix well, season to taste.
  • Add the marinade to the lamb steaks and leave for an hour.
  • Grill, fry or bbq the lamb for 2 minutes each side.
