  • 1 Bag Tortilla Chips
  • 2 Diced Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Diced Onion
  • 1 Diced Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander
  • 1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder
  • 200g Grated mozzarella
  • Crucials Spicy Mayo


  • Cook the onion, pepper and chicken breast in 1 tbsp oil and spices for 10 – 15 minutes or until cooked.
  • Pour the mixture over the nachos in a roasting tin, top with cheese and spicy mayo and grill under a medium heat for 3-5 minutes until cheese has melted.
