Quick & Easy, perfect healthy weekday dinner spiced up with Crucials Peri Peri.

  • 4 Pieces Cod
  • 2 Courgettes Chopped
  • 3 Peppers Chopped
  • 2 Onions Chopped
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Oregano
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • Crucials Peri Peri
  • Salt & Pepper


  • Mix 3 tbsp peri peri with the oil and the spices, coat the vegetables and cook in at 180 for 25 minutes.
  • Add the cod, pour a tsp of peri peri on each fillet and cook for a further 12 minutes.
