Peri Peri Pasta Bake

Cheesy with a crispy topping, warming with a chilli kick, great as a side but perfect as a main too.
Prep time: 45 minutes


  • 500g Cooked Pasta
  • 400g Shredded Cooked Chicken
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 Diced Courgettes
  • 1 Diced Pepper
  • 1 Diced Onion
  • 4 Garlic Cloved Diced
  • 200ml Vegetable Stock
  • 100g Grated Mozzarella
  • 4 Tbsp Crucials Peri Peri


  • Fry the courgette, pepper, onion and garlic in 1 tbsp oil, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper for 5-10 minutes until softened.
  • Mix together vegetable stock, tomato puree and 4 tbsp Crucials peri peri.
  • Mix the cooked pasta with the chicken, cooked vegetables and the vegetable stock sauce. Sprinkle some mozzarella on the top, cook at 160 for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
