Spicy and chunky, perfect as a topping for Tex-Mex style food and as a dip.
Prep time: 10 minutes


  • 2 Avocados
  • 1 Finely Diced Red Onion
  • 3 Finely Diced Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp Crucials Hot Stuff
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 Tsp Coriander


  • Prepare the avocado and remove stones and skin, mash until desired consistency is achieved.
  • Add hot stuff, coriander and lemon juice, mix to combine, stir through tomatoes and onion.
