Sweet & spicy nuts coated in honey and chilli garlic and a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
Prep time: 20 minutes
- 200g mixed nuts
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Chilli Garlic
- 2 Tsp Oil
- 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
- Preheat the oven to 160 and line a roasting dish with grease proof paper.
- mix the honey, chilli garlic and oil together, pour over nuts and mix well so all nuts are combined.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, move them around to ensure they don’t stick every 3 minutes, sprinkle sesame seeds on and bake for a further 10 minutes, still moving them around.
- Once cooked, remove nuts from the oven and leave to cool for about 20 minutes, separate if necessary to avoid nuts sticking together.
