Throw it all in a roasting dish and let it work its magic, great with a roast or on a sandwich
Prep time: 30 minutes


  • 8 Sausages
  • 2 Tbsp Crucials Brown Sauce
  • 1 Sliced Onion
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp English Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Dried Thyme


  • Mix brown sauce, honey, mustard, vinegar, thyme, salt and pepper together.
  • Marinade the sausages and onions in the mixture for an hour in the fridge.
  • Roast in the oven (with the marinade) at 180 for 25 minutes, basting the sausages with the marinade.
  • Serve on thick crusty bread as the perfect lunchtime sausage sandwich.
