Crispy and light, baked chicken goujons great for sharing, snacking and dipping into Caribbean Sweet Chilli.
Prep time: 45 minutes


  • 4 Chicken Breasts Diced
  • 200g Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs Mixed
  • 100g Flour
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Caribbean Sweet chilli
  • 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Granules


  • Mix together Caribbean sweet chilli, salt, pepper, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
  • Keep the flour, breadcrumbs and mixed egg in three separate bowls, dip each chicken piece into the flour, egg then breadcrumbs and placed on a lined baking tray.
  • Bake at 180 for 20 minutes, dip the cooked chicken in the sauce and enjoy.
