Crispy Potato Bites
Crispy and light, baked chicken goujons great for sharing, snacking and dipping into Caribbean Sweet Chilli.
Prep time: 45 minutes
- 4 Chicken Breasts Diced
- 200g Panko Breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs Mixed
- 100g Flour
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Caribbean Sweet chilli
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger
- 1 Tsp Garlic Granules
- Mix together Caribbean sweet chilli, salt, pepper, soy sauce, ginger and garlic.
- Keep the flour, breadcrumbs and mixed egg in three separate bowls, dip each chicken piece into the flour, egg then breadcrumbs and placed on a lined baking tray.
- Bake at 180 for 20 minutes, dip the cooked chicken in the sauce and enjoy.
