Cheesy with a light spicy kick, great for weekend breakfasts!

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Caribbean Sweet Chilli
  • 1 Bunch Spring Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1 Diced Pepper
  • 30g Grated Cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Butter

Instructions

  • Beat the eggs together with salt and pepper.
  • Melt the butter over a low heat In a frying pan, add the spring onion and pepper and cook for 5 minutes until softened, add the eggs and gently cook to set the eggs for 3-5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle over cheese and drizzle the sweet chilli over and grill for 2 minutes under a high heat or until the cheese has melted.
